The chain of events leading to the car overturning on Grigor Lusavorich Street began with the partial closure of the road for Vahe Ghazaryan's motorcade. Daniel Ioannisyan, the founder of the Civil Society Initiative, posted on his Facebook page along with a video.

"This morning, due to Interior Minister Vahe Ghazaryan's motorcade going from his home to work, the police partially closed Grigor Lusavorich Street, creating an emergency situation. As a result of the police's actions, drivers trying to avoid the accident began to chain reactively shift to the left, which created a dead end for the driver traveling in the far-left lane, who then got into an accident," wrote Ioannisyan. "I hope the police will not try to cover up the circumstances of the Minister of Interior's motorcade accompanying the cause of this accident," he added.
