There is a separate section in the case of the kidnapping of Pashinyan's son: 'Zhoghovurd'
The newspaper 'Zhoghovurd' reports that, as is known, the case of the alleged kidnapping of Ashot Pashinyan, the son of the Prime Minister of Armenia, has been sent to court, with the mother of a hero of the 44-day war, Gayane Hakobyan, facing charges and currently in custody.
'Zhoghovurd' has noted that a part of the case involving the Prime Minister's son has been separated, and the investigation is still ongoing at the Armenian Investigative Committee. It has become known that this separated part relates to the events of May 17, concerning the actions of other soldiers' parents in the court yard on the day of Ashot Pashinyan's alleged kidnapping, particularly the actions of Astghik and Garik Galeyans, Vahik Sahakyan, and other parents when they saw Ashot Pashinyan getting into Gayane Hakobyan’s car.
This indicates that the pre-investigation body is keeping this criminal case as a 'sword over the heads' of the parents of fallen soldiers, implying that if they do anything wrong, they too could end up in prison, just like Gayane Hakobyan.
