Azerbaijani Side Has a Special 'Black List': 'Fact'
Recent reports in the media indicate that Artsakh President Araik Harutyunyan is passing vehicles through a checkpoint established by Azerbaijan in the Berdzor corridor, claiming he has an agreement with the Russian side (there are also several video recordings regarding this).
This is reported by the 'Fact' newspaper. 'There are various pieces of information and comments on this topic on social media. According to our information, Nikol Pashinyan has committed not only verbally but also through concrete actions to guarantee the process of recognizing Artsakh as part of Azerbaijan, and Araik Harutyunyan is facilitating this with his actions, including legitimizing the Azerbaijani ‘checkpoint’, regardless of the fact that Armenian citizens are accompanied by Russian peacekeepers.
The source of the 'Fact' newspaper in Artsakh reports that Araik Harutyunyan is currently engaged in intensive meetings in Artsakh, attempting to provide explanations and justifications regarding the created situation. Furthermore, we have learned that during the meetings, when individuals pointed out that Harutyunyan had previously promised and publicly declared that there would be no 'Azerbaijanization' of Artsakh, and that everything would be done to advance the self-determination issue, he justified himself by saying, 'Nikol handed everything over, what can I do?'
Incidentally, there are also reports that the Azerbaijanis are identifying those who pass through the checkpoint, as mentioned by the Human Rights Defender of Artsakh. According to reports, the Azerbaijani side has a special ‘black list’ that includes not only representatives of the socio-political sector and high-ranking military officials from Armenia and Artsakh but also individuals working in the law enforcement system and the information block.
