US Ambassador Visits Syunik Region in Armenia

The US Ambassador to Armenia, Kristina Quinn, has visited the Syunik region. According to the information released by the embassy, during her visit, Ambassador Quinn met with local authorities, representatives of civil society, and residents.

They expressed their widespread concerns regarding the security environment to the US Ambassador. The Ambassador also visited the community of Tegh, where she witnessed the tense situation at the border firsthand.

“Everyone deserves the safety and security that will bring lasting and just peace,” stated Kristina Quinn.
