Did Prince Harry Obtain His US Visa Legally? CNN

The US Department of Homeland Security must clarify within a week how it will address an inquiry from the Heritage Foundation regarding details of Prince Harry's visa application. This information was reported by CNN.

According to the report, the Heritage Foundation is demanding verification of whether Prince Harry obtained the right to reside in the US legally, considering he admitted to using drugs in his memoirs, which could serve as grounds for denial.

A federal judge has given the department one week to establish how it will proceed in this matter. The publication noted that law enforcement is viewing this case as part of a broader effort to uncover violations of American law by the Department of Homeland Security.

"This case pertains to Prince Harry, but is primarily focused on the department's conduct," the outlet quoted Heritage Foundation attorney John Bardo as saying.

Previously, Prince Harry confessed in his autobiography titled Spare that he used cocaine when he was just 17 years old. He recounted that he first tried cocaine in the summer of 2002 during a hunting weekend and used the drug several more times afterward. In a television interview before that, he had already admitted to drinking and using drugs for years in an attempt to alleviate the pain of his mother's death, Princess Diana, who died in a car accident in 1997.

In 2002, British media reported that 16-year-old Harry attended a rehabilitation clinic for drug addiction after admitting to his father that he was using alcohol and marijuana.

It is worth mentioning that yesterday, June 6, Prince Harry arrived at a London court, where a criminal case was being examined against the Mirror newspaper for the illegal gathering of information about him.
