VIDEO: If Necessary, Residents Will Arm Themselves, Says Syunik Governor

If necessary, residents will arm themselves, stated Syunik Governor Robert Ghukasyan during a conversation with journalists at the National Assembly. When asked if all conditions for arming are present, the governor responded:

“That should be asked of the Ministry of Defense, whether everything is in place. Naturally, I cannot have control over all that information,” Ghukasyan noted.
