The acting mayor of Yerevan, Levon Hovhannisyan, answered journalists' questions in the National Assembly. A journalist asked him, "How do you divide the work, so that all the PR tasks have fallen to Tigran Avinyan—he is the one who cuts the ribbon, he is the one who opens events, he is the one attending Government meetings?"

The official responded that Tigran Avinyan had served as the Deputy Prime Minister of Armenia from 2018 to 2022 and is well-acquainted with Government operations, therefore they found it appropriate for him to participate in the meetings.
