The court was not administering justice yesterday.
‘Hraparak’ newspaper spoke with lawyer Hovsep Sarkisyan:

‘The judge hastily announced the detention, and that was it. Both the first instance court and the appellate court are influenced by executive authorities, indicating that they will not tolerate…’

– How is Ms. Gayané feeling? Is she very upset about this detention?
– Her mood is very good, she is not depressed, as is characteristic of a heroic mother. I can confidently say that, just as society once divided into blacks and whites, now they are polarizing the families of the victims. I am just in shock that a boy of that age can have such an approach, and even more so, give advice, philosophizing about public safety…

– When will you appeal the court's decision?
– We have not yet received the decision, and as soon as we get it, we will definitely appeal. I note that yesterday the court detained Gayané Hakobyan, the mother of Zhora Martirosyan, who was killed in the 44-day war, for a period of 1 month and 15 days in the case of the alleged abduction of Ashot Pashinyan.

It should be noted that on May 17, information was circulated that members of the NGO ‘Call of the Sons’ had attempted to abduct the Prime Minister's son. He filed a report with the police, after which the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Armenia opened a criminal case on the basis of human abduction, leading to the detention of one person, Gayané Hakobyan.
