During a budget discussion, opposition faction MP Gegham Manukyan addressed the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, posing a question while showing a photograph. “Do you recognize this man?” he asked.

“This is Adəm Şənər, one of the well-known imams in Turkey, known for his extremist views and involved in numerous scandals. At Erdoğan's swearing-in ceremony, I don't know how, Pashinyan greeted him. I want to understand which brain-dead individual advised him to greet an imam who is not unambiguously accepted even in Turkey during the swearing-in ceremony,” Manukyan stated.
