The Armenian Patriarch of Constantinople to Visit Armenia

The Armenian Patriarch of Constantinople, Sahak Mashalian, will arrive in Armenia. This was announced on the patriarchate's Facebook page.

It is mentioned that His Holiness Sahak II will participate in the meetings of the Supreme Spiritual Council, which have been initiated under the presidency of His Holiness Karekin II, the Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians, at the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin.

“The Patriarch will return on June 13,” the circulated statement reads.

It should be noted that on June 5, the work of the Supreme Spiritual Council and the Unifying Assembly began at the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin.
