Video: The Head of Rubas Village in Dagestan Has Been Killed

The head of Rubas village in Dagestan has been killed, and a suspect has been arrested. This information was reported by the Telegram channel '112.'

'Gajikurban Bayrambekov, the head of Rubas village in the Derbent district, was shot by a local resident and fled the crime scene. Later, he himself called the police and surrendered. He has been taken into custody,' the statement said.

According to the Telegram channel's data, the village head was gunned down as he was leaving the administration building. According to unofficial sources, the man had approached Bayrambekov regarding land issues, after which a dispute arose that escalated into a conflict.
