Video cameras captured the moment when a resident of Rubas, Dagestan, killed the village head and then got into a car to flee the scene.

The resident who killed the village head of Rubas, Gadzhikurban Bayrambekov, also explained that he committed the murder because the village head had made him a "homeless person."

"What has happened, has already happened. He sold my houses. That man made me a 'bum'," the murderer stated.

It is worth noting that the murderer himself called the police and surrendered. He has since been detained.
