There Are No Enclaves in Noyemberyan, Says Community Leader
There are no enclaves in the Noyemberyan community; the residents of Noyemberyan live on their Armenian land. This was stated by the community leader and member of the 'Living Country' political council, Arsen Aghababyan, in an interview with Tert.am, reacting to Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's statement that Tigranashen and six villages in Tavush are not included in Armenia's territorial integrity.
‘The entire administrative territory of the Noyemberyan community is part of the Republic of Armenia. The 'enclaves' you mentioned are our homeland. We have no villages or lands to concede to the enemy, and the people of Noyemberyan are not going to hand over any areas for the simple reason that our cultivated lands are under the enemy's control adjacent to these so-called enclaves. By the way, the territories under their control have greater strategic significance,’ stated Aghababyan.
It is to be recalled that during a press conference today, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated he is ready to accept Azerbaijan's territorial integrity, comprising 86,600 square kilometers, which, according to him, includes the enclaves of Tigranashen and the six villages in Tavush.
