Armenian Armed Forces Continuously Augmenting with New High-Protection Body Armor: Ministry of Defense

The Armenian Armed Forces are continuously being supplemented with new, high-protection body armor. This was stated by the spokesperson for the Ministry of Defense, Aram Torosyan, in response to a question from Armenpress.

"A soldier of the Azerbaijani armed forces fired a targeted shot towards a serviceman of the Armenian armed forces who was on duty at a combat position; however, the serviceman did not sustain any injuries. Can we assume that the armed forces have been equipped with higher protection body armor?"

"Yes, the armed forces are continuously being supplemented with new, higher protection body armor," Torosyan confirmed.
