Turkey's Supreme Election Council Announces Presidential Election Results
The current leader of Turkey, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, is garnering 49.4% of the votes in the presidential elections, while the united opposition candidate, Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu, is at 44.96%. The election results are being updated live minute by minute on the hurriyet.com.tr website. The counting of votes is nearing completion.
