Explosive Package Found at Mosque Construction Site in Crimea

Security forces arrived at the construction site of a mosque in Crimea after reports of an explosive device being installed. This was reported by the Telegram channel Shot.

Workers discovered a black package with exposed wires. The suspicious item was noticed in the storage area of the mosque being built in Simferopol.

"It was wrapped in tape. Bomb disposal experts have been called to the scene. According to preliminary information, it has been determined that it is a hoax and poses no threat. Someone assembled it from four pieces of laundry soap, wires, and a phone. The entire contents of the package have been sent for examination. Authorities are investigating who left it at the mosque and for what purpose," reported the Telegram channel.
