In Moscow, the Prime Minister participated in events dedicated to Victory Day, but negotiations did not take place. This was stated in an interview with MediaHub.am by Deputy Foreign Minister Mnatsakan Safaryan.

According to him, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan is set to participate in negotiations scheduled for Sunday in Brussels, and negotiations are also planned in Moscow at the level of Foreign Ministers on the 19th.
