Video: We Must Be Ready for Any Provocation at All Times - Armen Khachatryan

Armen Khachatryan, a member of the National Assembly from the Civil Contract faction, is unaware of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's upcoming visit to Moscow.

"In fact, I have no information. The Prime Minister regularly travels to Moscow, so he may have gone; I am not aware," Khachatryan stated.

Armen Khachatryan expressed confidence that provocations from Azerbaijan will always occur. "There will always be provocations; the question is at what level these provocations will be. When our positions are shot at once or twice at the border, that is also a provocation, and we must be ready for any provocation at all times," he said.
