VIDEO: Tiran Khachatryan on Anna Hakobyan's Statement About Desertion
If I am not a doctor, I should not speak about medicine; if I am not a politician, I should not express my views or manifestations on political phenomena. This was stated today, May 8, by the former Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the RA Armed Forces, Tiran Khachatryan, in a conversation with reporters, commenting on Anna Hakobyan's statement regarding 11,000 deserters.
“If a person has even a little morality, they should not poke their nose into matters that do not concern them,” emphasized Khachatryan.
According to him, there has indeed been massive desertion, which was caused by the state's political actions, as relevant measures in this direction were not taken.
