VIDEO: Shushi Must Be Liberated – Sasun Mikayelyan

“I want to congratulate the Commander-in-Chief for being able to unite all of us in the 90s, and we achieved victory,” stated Sasun Mikayelyan, the President of the Yerkrapah Volunteer Union, during a conversation with journalists when he visited Yerablur on the occasion of the Day of the Defender of the Fatherland.

“Today is the Day of the Defender of the Fatherland, I congratulate the Armenian nation because there are people from almost every corner of the Armenian nation in the Yerkrapah Volunteer Union, and this year marks the 30th anniversary of the Defender of the Fatherland. I will not answer other political questions,” emphasized Mikayelyan.

When asked by journalists if today also marks the day of the liberation of Shushi, which is currently occupied, will we get it back or not, he replied, “It must be liberated. By action,” said the Yerkrapah president, declining to answer further questions posed afterwards.
