Georgia and Germany Sign Military Cooperation Memorandum

The Georgian Ministry of Defense has signed a memorandum of understanding with the German National Cyber Security Agency, as reported by the Ministry's press service on Monday.

The document will allow the Georgian Ministry of Defense and its logistical support units to better align with NATO standards.

Prior to the signing of the agreement, the German representatives familiarized themselves with the reforms being implemented within the Georgian Ministry of Defense. The main theme of the visit was the process of developing Georgia's National Cyber Security Agency in accordance with NATO standards.
