American Journalist Reveals Why Tucker Carlson Was Fired from Fox News

Tucker Carlson was removed from Fox News due to concerns regarding Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky, American journalist Jackson Hinkle wrote on Twitter. He stated that a credible source provided and confirmed this information.

“Carlson’s dismissal was due to his fearless reports on the madness surrounding Ukraine and Zelensky,” Hinkle said. As another point, the journalist cited an article from The Independent, which notes that Fox News owner Rupert Murdoch was worried about Carlson’s stance on the situation in Ukraine and had spoken with Zelensky before the host was let go.

Fox News announced on April 24 that Carlson was departing the network. It was later revealed that Brian Kilmeade would replace him in the news program.

Former U.S. President Donald Trump, for his part, did not rule out that Carlson’s decision to leave Fox News was made because he “was not given complete freedom of action.”
