Aliyev Has Departed for Turkey
The President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, has traveled to Istanbul for a working visit at the invitation of Turkish leader Recep Tayyip Erdogan. Aliyev and his wife, Mehriban Aliyeva, were greeted by Turkey's Minister of Industry and Technology, Mustafa Varank, and other officials.
