Azerbaijani 'Eco-Activists' Halt Actions in the Lachin Corridor

Azerbaijani 'eco-activists' will cease their actions in the Lachin Corridor starting from 18:00 today. Azerbaijani media report that the action has been temporarily suspended.

It is worth noting that since December 12, 2022, Azerbaijani representatives of eco-activists have blocked the Lachin Corridor, claiming they are conducting a protest there.

Additionally, the Azerbaijani side has installed a border checkpoint on the bridge built over the Hakari River. Azerbaijan asserts that this move is a response to the 'illegal transportation of personnel, weapons, mines, and other military supplies from Armenia,' which they claim violates the trilateral statement of November 10, 2020.
