On that day, around 21:20, a call was received from the Armenian Ministry of Defense’s military unit to the Tavush division of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, reporting that a citizen was transported there with a diagnosis of "Closed craniocerebral trauma, left temporal region hematoma, soft tissue contusion of the right subclavian region, hematoma of the chest and spinal cord closed injury, question mark."
