One of Pashinyan's advisors will connect with parents of Arman Barseghyan. They opened Amiryan Street
The parents of soldiers who died in the tragic fire that broke out on January 19 in the military barracks of Azat village have opened Amiryan Street after staging a protest early in the morning, demanding a meeting with Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Defense Minister Suren Papikyan.
Norair Norikyan, a representative of the parents and a lawyer, told reporters that one of Pashinyan's advisors will connect with the parents, specifically with Arman Barseghyan, after which further steps will be clarified.
“I am surprised by this stubbornness as to why the minister and the prime minister abstain from the meeting. The investigation cannot be an obstacle here. They should have initiated a meeting within these three months and apologized to the parents for the soldiers who died in peacetime,” noted Norikyan.
It is worth recalling that since early morning, the parents of the fallen soldiers have been protesting in front of the Government, demanding a meeting with Nikol Pashinyan and Suren Papikyan. They blocked Tigran Metz Avenue, and after some time, they were assured that their demands would be conveyed after the Government meeting concluded. The parents temporarily opened the road.
