US Default Is Just a Matter of Time, Musk Says

American entrepreneur Elon Musk has stated that a default in the United States is just a matter of time. He made this announcement on April 19 on his Twitter page.

“Given the federal spending, the question is when, not if we will enter default,” Musk wrote. His message was a response to a previous post from the White House on the same social media platform.

Earlier that day, an official message was posted on the account of President Joe Biden’s residence, indicating that the only plan the Republicans had for resolving the national debt issue could be default.
