The European Union Files Lawsuit Against Six European Countries
The European Union has filed a lawsuit against Slovakia, Denmark, Poland, Bulgaria, Portugal, and Belgium. This information was reported in a statement posted on the European Commission's website.
It is noted that the lawsuit against Denmark was filed due to non-compliance with regulations governing bus transportation and service provision. The EU has taken legal action against Slovakia and Portugal for failing to pay for the timely delivery of goods.
Claims have also been lodged against Poland and Bulgaria for violating regulations regarding electronic submissions in national legislation. At the same time, Belgium is accused, according to the EU, of breaching directive postponement rules to avoid paying taxes.
