We Are in Syunik: Arman Tatoyan on the Latest Azerbaijani Provocation

The Azerbaijani authorities must be punished for their crimes against our people, for undermining our lives and security, and for providing cover to their criminal military personnel. This was stated by the former Human Rights Defender of Armenia and the president of the Tatoyan Foundation, Arman Tatoyan, on his Facebook page.
