Dismissals in Artsakh

By the decree of the President of the Republic of Artsakh, Arayik Harutyunyan, the Deputy Director of the National Security Service and the Head of the Main Department of Information of the President's Office have been dismissed from their positions. This information has been confirmed by the President's Office of Artsakh.

"Hunan Nelsoni Hayrumyan has been removed from the position of Deputy Director of the National Security Service of the Republic of Artsakh due to his transition to another job. Vahram Arthur Poghosyan has been dismissed from the position of Head of the Main Department of Information of the President’s Office - Deputy Chief of Staff of the President’s Office upon his request," the decree states.
