Elon Musk Responds to BBC

Elon Musk, in a response letter to editors, stated that Twitter strives for "maximum transparency and accuracy," and should have links to sources of revenue.

"I actually don’t think BBC is as biased as some other government-funded media outlets, but it is foolish for the BBC to claim zero influence," Musk wrote on his personal page. At the same time, Musk noted that he follows BBC because he believes it is "one of the least biased."

Earlier, the BBC requested Twitter to remove the "state media" label as soon as possible. Twitter defines state media as those outlets in which the state exerts control over editorial content, particularly through funding.
