Video: Another Outrageous Incident Occurred Yesterday, Says Nikol Pashinyan

Yesterday's incident once again highlighted that the ruling of the International Court of Justice is not being implemented. This statement was made by Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan at the start of the government meeting, addressing the incident where Azerbaijanis did not allow those traveling from Goris to Stepanakert to return to their homes.

“Another outrageous incident took place yesterday, when a group of residents from Nagorno-Karabakh traveling from Goris to Stepanakert were not allowed to return to their homes. This documented story once again showcases the assessments we have made in the past, which are further exacerbated against the backdrop of the decision made by the International Court of Justice,” said Pashinyan.

According to him, international diplomatic efforts must continue towards the implementation of the court's decision.

Pashinyan added that the humanitarian situation in Nagorno-Karabakh remains tense due to the closure of the Lachin corridor. Gas and electricity supplies in Nagorno-Karabakh continue to be suspended.

It should be noted that yesterday, the advisor to the President of Artsakh, David Babayan, informed Auroranews that Azerbaijanis had stopped a bus carrying Armenian women and children, verbally abused them, and threatened them.
