Putin Announces Preparation of Security Concept for Union State of Russia and Belarus
Vladimir Putin has announced the launch of the preparation of the security concept for the Union State of Russia and Belarus.
“We certainly need to engage in strategic planning in detail, and we will continue to strengthen the security systems of the Union State, thus ensuring its stable progressive socio-economic development,” said the President of Russia.
