Arrest of 'Noratus' Alik

Officials from the Criminal Police of the Republic of Armenia's Ministry of Internal Affairs conducted a special operation in Yerevan, resulting in the transfer of several individuals to the main office of the Criminal Police.

According to Shamshyan.com, around 5:30 PM yesterday, Alik Banduryan, Mher Petrosyan, Misak Pashikyan, Armen Sadikhyan, and Papin Beybutyun were taken into custody from Babajanyan Street. The individuals were detained on grounds of reasonable suspicion of illegally possessing and carrying weapons and ammunition.

Among those detained, A. Banduryan is also known as 'Noratus' Alik' in the criminal world.

Note: A suspect or accused individual is presumed innocent until proven guilty in accordance with the law, as established by the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Armenia, with a legally binding verdict.
