Trump Indicted: Former President to Appear in Court as Defendant for the First Time in U.S. History
Former U.S. President Donald Trump has left the courthouse after being indicted.
He remained in custody at the courthouse for nearly two hours. Earlier, it was reported that Trump pleaded not guilty to the 34 charges against him at a New York court.
The Manhattan District Attorney's office has released the indictment against Trump. Trump's attorney states that the allegations against the former president lack evidence.
