Video: Finland's Flag Raised at NATO Headquarters with Ceremony

In a ceremony held near NATO headquarters in Brussels, Finland's flag has been raised. NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg announced, "From today, Finland is protected by the alliance's security guarantees under Article 5 of the North Atlantic Treaty, which states that an attack on one ally constitutes an attack on all."
