Azerbaijanis Have Established 11 Posts: 'Hraparak'
'Hraparak' reports: 'Last week, just one day after the incursion of Azerbaijanis into the territory of Tegh village, Prime Minister Pashinyan almost swore at the government session: “There have been no changes to Armenian positions; only a change in the Armenia-Artsakh route has occurred.” On the same day, the National Security Service (NSS) refuted this, stating: “In certain areas, the Azerbaijani side, without waiting for previously agreed clarifications, has started positioning and has carried out engineering works. According to the Armenian side's calculations, there are five such points where the Azerbaijani side has deployed itself 100-300 meters further into the territory.”
Then came time for the NSS to mislead. On Saturday, April 1, the NSS issued another statement claiming that work had been carried out on boundary adjustments with the participation of representatives from Armenia and Artsakh, resulting in an 'essential improvement' in the situation in that area. 'What does this improvement mean, that the Azerbaijanis have already established their 11th post in the land of the people?' former head of the Aravus administrative region and community council member Argam Hovsepyan wondered in an interview with us, noting that according to his calculations, Azerbaijanis have taken over more than 60 hectares of land without resistance.
Moreover, we learned yesterday that several police checkpoints have been established in the area of Tegh village, preventing residents from accessing their gardens, which have been occupied by Azerbaijani forces.'
