VIDEO: Five More Earthquakes Recorded in Kamchatka After a Powerful Quake

Following a powerful earthquake in Kamchatka, five additional earthquakes have been recorded, with magnitudes reaching up to 4.6. This information was reported by RIA Novosti.

According to data from the Kamchatka Geophysical Service, the magnitudes of the new earthquakes were 4.6, 4.0, 3.7, 3.6, and 4.1. All of these underground tremors occurred in the Pacific Ocean, in the same area where the earlier strong earthquake was registered.

Previously, it was reported that a magnitude 6.9 earthquake had struck Kamchatka, according to data from the Petropavlovsk seismic station. The incident occurred in the Avacha Bay at a depth of 100 kilometers.

Later, the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Kamchatka region reported that cracks had appeared on the walls of some buildings due to the earthquake, but there were no casualties or injuries.
