New Voucher Distribution Process Begins Today in Artsakh
Starting from April 3, a new voucher distribution process will commence in Artsakh. The vouchers will be available in Stepanakert from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the buildings of the Artsakh Housing Issues Committee, the Compensation Committee for Material Damages, and the first, fourth, fifth, seventh, and tenth schools. This was reported by the Information Headquarters of Artsakh.
“To enhance the efficiency of voucher distribution and to mitigate the risks of queues forming, more voucher distribution points will be added in Stepanakert starting April 4. Additionally, separate service points for civil servants will operate at several large state institutions,” the announcement stated.
Residents in other communities of the Republic will be able to obtain vouchers starting April 5 from community centers. They are advised to check the power outage schedule for the relevant addresses before visiting the locations.
It was also reported that starting tomorrow, shops in the capital city and Martakert region will receive supplies of vegetables, including carrots, beets, cabbage, and onions, while cucumbers and tomatoes will be delivered in the following days. Deliveries to shops in the Askeran and Martuni regions will begin on April 4 and 5.
It is worth noting that citizens who have not used their previously received vouchers may continue to make purchases until April 10, while still being able to obtain new vouchers.
