Bayramov Accuses Armenians of 'Genocide'

The Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Bayramov has joined an anti-Armenian political campaign, accusing Armenians of committing genocide against Azerbaijanis. “Azerbaijan reiterates the importance of ending impunity to prevent the recurrence of crimes resembling the March genocide,” wrote Jeyhun Bayramov on Twitter.

He added that “105 years have passed since the March massacres, during which thousands of Azerbaijanis were killed by Armenians on ethnic hatred grounds. Today, we honor the memory of the victims of the Armenian genocide political agenda.”

It should be noted that the period pointed out by the minister corresponds to the Armenian Genocide. This propaganda campaign, along with shaping a negative image of Armenians, aims to influence the international recognition process of genocide.
