CSTO Ready to Send Mission to Armenia-Azerbaijan Border, Yuri Shuvalov

“The CSTO is always ready to send a mission to the Armenia-Azerbaijan border,” said Yuri Shuvalov, a representative of the CSTO secretariat, to reporters after a meeting of the CSTO secretariat and the joint staff leadership held in Moscow on March 31. “We are discussing the draft of this decision. If the political leaders decide, the heads of the CSTO will carry out this mission.”

“The severe sanctions and propaganda pressure from the West hinder the resolution of crisis situations arising in the CSTO area,” stated CSTO Secretary General Imangali Tasmaganbetov during the expanded meeting of the CSTO secretariat and the joint high command on March 31, according to BelTA.
