Production Activities of 'Lori Cheese' Halted
The inspectors of the Shirak regional center of the Food Safety Inspection Body have conducted an inspection at the 'Ashotzki Cheese Factory'. During this inspection, samples were taken from the existing products and sent for laboratory testing (Shirak province, village of Arapi). This was reported by the Food Safety Inspection Body of Armenia.
The testing revealed that the sample of the 'Lori Cheese' product did not meet the requirements of the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union regarding the presence of intestinal coliform bacteria.
Based on the decision of the head of the inspection body, the production activities of the 'Lori Cheese' product at the 'Ashotzki Cheese Factory' have been suspended until the identified violations are rectified.
