Three People Killed in Explosion at Factory in Northern Iran: IRNA

At least three people have been killed, and three others injured following an explosion at a factory in the city of Babol, located in Mazandaran province, northern Iran. This was reported by IRNA on Tuesday, according to TASS.

The incident occurred in the eastern part of the city. The cause of the explosion has been attributed to a violation of safety regulations by the factory employees.

All the injured individuals have been hospitalized, and their condition is assessed by doctors as satisfactory.

The explosion sparked a fire that destroyed nearly half of the factory's premises. Currently, the fire has been localized, and no damage has been reported to other production facilities in the city.
