It is Known Who the Advisor to Mher Grigoryan Is

Acting Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan signed a decision on March 28 regarding an appointment.

"Based on Article 9, Part 14 of the Law on Public Service, Victoria Aydinyan is appointed as the advisor to Acting Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan," the decision states.

It is noteworthy that she submitted her resignation from the position of assistant to Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Avinyan in December 2020.

Recall that Aydinyan was an advisor to Tigran Avinyan from 2018 to 2020 when Avinyan held the position of Deputy Prime Minister.

She was born on January 29, 1995, and studied Political Science at the Faculty of International Relations at Yerevan State University, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science. At the American University of Armenia, Aydinyan also participated in the Political Science and International Relations program. She holds a Master’s degree in Political Science and International Relations with a specialization in Public Administration and Development Sciences.
