"Konnichiwa, Mr. Begoyan, how are you?" In response to Yerevan's Deputy Mayor Tigran Avinyan's greeting in Japanese, the director of the "Greening and Environmental Protection" municipal organization, Armen Begoyan, explained why cherry trees were chosen in the area adjacent to the Cascade.
The official also presented details of the tree replacement program.
