Participants in Civil Defense Activities to Receive Cards, Says Artsakh Prime Minister
Today, a consultation regarding civil defense issues was held with the participation of several officials. This was reported on the Facebook page of Artsakh Prime Minister Gurgen Nersisyan.
“A group of questions regarding the need for legal regulation by government decision has been discussed, and it has been planned to completely review the existing approach to the registration of conscript citizens during martial law. It has been specified that the government will determine the professions and services whose individuals can be involved in civil defense activities. It has been planned to fully utilize the capabilities of Artsakh war veterans, individuals with disabilities, and others to completely eliminate the need to involve conscript citizens in civil defense work.
Every individual involved in civil defense activities will soon receive a corresponding card indicating their role, the assigned task, and responsibilities,” he wrote.
