Second Earthquake in Azerbaijan Within a Day
An earthquake has struck the Shamkir region of Azerbaijan, according to the Republican Seismological Service Center. Azerbaijani news outlets report that the earthquake occurred at 12:27 local time, 37 kilometers northeast of the Gadabay station in the Shamkir district. The magnitude of the earthquake was recorded at 4.
It is noteworthy that another earthquake was reported in Azerbaijan earlier today. Seismic tremors were recorded at 11:13 local time in the Ismayilli region.
