The President of the National Assembly, Alen Simonian, has shared an X-ray image of his elbow, which was injured and operated on days ago, via his Instagram stories.

As previously reported, Alen Simonian fell near his home in the territory of the government residences in Proshyan, injuring his elbow. The official wrote on his Facebook page, “Dear friends, to avoid the noise of the internet and various speculations, I want to inform you that I fell while exercising and broke my arm, which will require surgical intervention. Thank you for the many messages and calls.”

In an interview with ‘Haykakan Zhamanak,’ the spokesperson for the Speaker of the National Assembly, Tsovinar Khachatryan, stated that Simonian is feeling well after the operation. “He will most likely be discharged from the hospital tomorrow.”
