According to a source from the news outlet Axios, which is an Israeli official, Israel has informed the United States and several European countries that such actions by Tehran could provoke a military response from Tel Aviv.

Another official disclosed to Axios that Iran is aware of Israel's position on this issue. In turn, on March 17, the official spokesman for the Islamic Republic's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Nasser Kanaani, denied the accusations from Israel and Germany regarding attempts to acquire nuclear weapons.
