Sergey Shoigu and Hulusi Akar Hold Phone Conversation; Nagorno-Karabakh Issue Discussed

The Minister of Defense of Russia, Sergey Shoigu, and the Minister of National Defense of Turkey, Hulusi Akar, have held a phone conversation, according to the Russian Ministry of Defense.

The statement noted that the defense ministers of Russia and Turkey discussed the "grain deal," Syria, Nagorno-Karabakh, and "other areas of mutual interest." It was mentioned that the call took place at the initiative of the Turkish side.
